What started as a handful of women meeting to network, support and uplift one another quickly transformed into a vibrant, free-to-join community that now brings together hundreds of women entrepreneurs across diverse industries — from fashion to finance, baking to branding, wellness to tech.

About Founder
Minu Deepak Sharma is the founder of Tricity Women Entrepreneurs aka TWE. She is also a second-generation astrologer, entrepreneur, podcast host, and community builder.
Minu has always walked the road less travelled. With over two decades of diverse professional experience spanning hospitality, BPOs, e-commerce and retail, she brings a unique blend of corporate insight and intuitive wisdom to everything she does.
Her journey with TWE began with one question: “Why should women have to build their dreams alone?”
That question sparked a fire and TWE was born. A free networking platform designed to bring together women from all walks of life, helping them connect, collaborate and grow without competition or judgment.
Beyond her professional achievements, Minu is known for her bold presence, unapologetic honesty and her deep belief in collective growth. Her vision for TWE isn’t limited to networking — it’s about building a legacy where women rise as a tribe and success is shared.
Minu is also the founder of the YouTube podcast channel “sTRISheInspires,” where she features real, raw and inspiring stories of women who are creating impact in their own authentic ways.
Minu is also a practicing astrologer, deeply trusted by clients for her honest, grounded, and spiritual guidance. Adding another layer to her impact is her bold content series called “Car-O-Baat”, where she speaks unapologetically about the bitter truths, emotional turns and inner conflicts women face.
